The Agriculture Graduates Association of Nigeria (AGAN)

is a non-profit, non-governmental, professional socio-economic organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, AGAN was established to provide an institutional platform through which graduates of agriculture and allied disciplines can collectively contribute to national agricultural development, rural transformation, and sustainable economic growth.

  • Alhaji Hussaini Iliyasu, co-founder, Member of the Board of Trustees, and National Secretary of Agriculture Graduates Association of Nigeria (AGAN), is a visionary leader driving agricultural transformation. As CEO of AGAN Agribusiness Investment Concept, he spearheads initiatives empowering agriculture graduates and smallholder farmers.

    A holder of a Master's degree in Agriculture Extension and Rural Sociology from FUT Minna, and currently pursuing a PhD from University of Abuja, Alhaji Iliyasu is a seasoned community development expert. His experience includes roles as Community Development, Youth and Gender Officer, and Acting Project Coordinator for FCT Fadama CARES Project (World Bank).

    A globally recognized consultant, he has taken his expertise to countries across Africa and beyond. His innovative approach and passion for socioeconomic development underpin AGAN's achievements, making him the driving force behind the organization's success.
